Heating in Florida is its own thing
Most Volusia County homes never see a real winter. But when an arctic blast pushes us into the 30s for a week, every poorly-installed heat strip in the county starts blowing breakers. We size for that — not for the weather we'll have on Christmas.
What we install
Heat pumps for most homes (efficient cooling AND heating from one box). Gas furnaces where natural gas is available. Dual-fuel systems for the few homes that need them. Backup electric strips that actually keep up when the heat pump can't.
