Service & dispatch
Do you really answer the phone at 2am?

Yes. A real human dispatcher, and average pickup is under 30 seconds.

How fast do you get there for emergencies?

Average emergency dispatch is under 90 minutes anywhere in Volusia County, under 45 minutes in Daytona Beach proper.

What's your service-call fee?

$125 during regular business hours and $200 after hours for a diagnostic visit. If we do the repair, the diagnosis is free.

Are your techs employees or subs?

All employees — vetted, background-checked, and insured. We don't subcontract. The truck in your driveway is a Koontz truck.

Pricing & financing
Do you give written quotes?

Always. Before any work starts. Signed by the tech with their cell number on the bottom.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — a variety of plans for every need and budget. Plans through Service Finance, Synchrony, and Wells Fargo, including 0% for 12, 18, and 24 months on qualifying jobs. See our financing page.

Do you charge by the hour or flat-rate?

Flat-rate for repairs, written quotes for installs. You always know the price before we start.

Do you accept credit cards?

Visa, MC, Amex, Discover. Your card your points.

Do you charge for estimates?

New-system quotes are always free, and we'll give you a free second opinion on any other company's quote. New construction we review case by case.

Trades & territory
Where do you work?

All of Volusia County, plus Flagler County up to Palm Coast and Brevard County down to Titusville. That covers everything from Pierson to Edgewater and Daytona Beach to DeBary.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes — restaurants, retail, offices, and light industrial. Service contracts available.

Do you do new construction?

Yes, for HVAC — custom homes and tract homes alike. We don't do plumbing on new construction, and we review each construction project individually.

Do you work on mobile homes?

Yes. We have techs who specialize in them.
