Why maintenance pays
Modern AC systems are reliable when clean. They get unreliable when the outdoor coil is matted with oak pollen, the indoor blower wheel is caked with dust, and the drain line is half-clogged with algae. We catch all of that on a maintenance visit, before it becomes an emergency.
