How we size systems

Most companies size by square footage. We do a Manual J load calculation — accounting for windows, insulation, sun exposure, ceiling height, your number of occupants, even how many large appliances run. The result is a system that doesn't short-cycle in mild weather and actually keeps up in August.

What we install

Carrier and Trane primarily, because they make the most reliable systems we see in the field. Lennox and Goodman as alternatives. We don't install any brand we wouldn't put in our own homes.
