How much does a new HVAC system cost?
Most complete residential installs in Volusia County land between $7,500 and $14,500 depending on tonnage, efficiency rating, and ductwork condition. We bring exact numbers in writing after a free in-home assessment — no surprises.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we offer financing through Synchrony with terms from 12 to 84 months, including 0%-APR promotional periods on qualifying purchases. Tell us your budget and we can fit a plan to it.
How long does installation take?
A straight-replace install on an existing duct system is typically a one-day job. New ductwork or zoning adds half a day to a day. We give you a real start time and stick to it.
What brands do you install?
We're a Carrier President's Award dealer and also install Trane, Rheem, and Ruud. We recommend the brand that best fits your home and budget — not the one with the highest markup.
Do new systems come with a warranty?
Yes — manufacturer warranties on equipment (typically 10 years parts) plus a Koontz workmanship guarantee on the install. Registration is included; we handle it.
